Purple Passover Juice

Ingredients

• 2 cups/500ml blackberries
• 2 cups/500ml black or purple grapes
• 2″ piece of ginger root

Directions

1. Wash produce well
2. Remove stems from grapes
3. Juice
4. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Sunrise Citrus Juice

• 2 grapefruits (peeled)
• 1 red bell pepper (capsicum)
• 2 pears
• 6 carrots

Directions

1. Wash all ingredients well.
2. Juice all produce and enjoy!

Green Ginger Ale

Ingredients

• 3 green apples 
• 2 celery sticks
• 1 large cucumber or 2 smaller cucumbers
• 1 lime
• 2” piece of ginger

Directions

1. Peel lime (optional).
2. Chop & Juice ingredients and ENJOY!

Mean Green Juice

Makes 20-30 oz, depending on yield

Ingredients

• 1 cucumber
• 4 celery stalks
• 2 apples
• 6-8 leaves kale (Australian tuscan cabbage)
• 1/2 lemon
• 1 tbsp ginger

Directions

1. Wash all produce well
2. Peel the lemon, optional
3. Juice
4. Pour over ice
5. Enjoy!
